Dry and flavorless,never reject taking the extra sauce since the burger needs it. Also the drive thru gets preference so if you are in a rush just stay in your car.

If you’re looking for that nostalgic, delicious, old fashioned drive in taste, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The shake was OK at best, the fries were dead even though they claim to make your food when you order, the burgers are swimming, dripping in their signature white sauce, also dead and a hockey puck for a pattie. Absolutely not worth 30 dollars for two people. Such a disappointment too.

So good!! I decided to special customized burger because their onion rings are to die for and took out the middle bun and added a onion ring and Jalapeño peppers! Literally mouth watering!!! The crunch made it even better! Ranch Hand and an extra tub! 5 Stars!

Ordered French dip and onion rings to go. Rings were good one bit of French dip and couldn’t eat it. Couldn’t tell you what kind of meat it was. I called and told them it was bad and to let her boss know. Payed $ 12 for onion rings give $3 tip she was very nice. Won’t eat there again. They had great food before COVID ate there all the time.

We stopped on our way through town, and we are glad we did. My husband and I both got “Big West” cheeseburgers and our friend ordered fish sandwich. Our friend really enjoyed his fish and it looked perfect. My husband and I both thought our burgers were delicious. The golden, crispy fries were perfect with an “extra tub” of sauce. Burger West makes great fresh food.

Honestly i don’t know what all these 5 and 4 stars are for, the burgers are tiny and so bland it makes the color beige look more delicious, the fries are not seasoned and only taste like old oil it’s sad that the meals highlight is the ketchup on the burger and you have to get through old lettuce that tasted like it was past it’s eat by date, safe to say I threw out the food and I will not be coming back.

First time and not impressed. Food was ok, not great, nothing spectacular it’s a burger. Burger and fries 11$ that seems average lately. The kids working there were prepping fry baskets with parchment, no gloves and did not see then wash hands in between habdeling orher items or going outside touching the door, so im a little conserned with the hygiene. I was let down by the fact I asked for no onions and got what amounted to double onions. I know these things happen. It was just a subpar experience. I almost forgot I paid $0.40 for water that I never got and remembered when driving away. Oh well. Personally, I won’t be going here again there are two other burger shops down the street to try next time I’m in town.
