Management was unprofessional and unhelpful. Delivery Driver got into a verbal altercation over my pizza delivery on the phone after I had to call the store 3 times. The Same driver who seems to be the only drive also was snarky and disrespectful to my wife who call a day later to have the pizza we were given a credit for delivered. This is one of the most disfictional and unprofessional dominos I have ever ordered from.

Order here about a week ago for my daughter birthday and order two pizza everything extra on both pizza still received single toppings like before some slices only had a sausage on it this the second time I’ve been done like this so I wouldn’t be back very disappointed

i placed online pick up order at about 12:20 am went to pick it up about 20 minutes before close at 12:40 and there online system had messed up and they never received the order. the young man i’m the window apologized asked me for my receipt of it so he could make it and he made it for me in about 10-15 minutes he filled my order seconds before closing even tho he didn’t have to props to him.

NEVER ORDER FROM THE DOMINOS ON COLLEGE AVE in B-N IL. I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery Saturday night & neither had ANY TOPPINGS on them at all. I was essentially charged $30 for $2 worth of BREAD. I have alerted the staff at my hotel (BW Premier) not to order from this location & they are going to post a sign in the front lobby warning all other hotel guests NEVER to use this Dominos. They skimp & cheat on toppings & my attached pictures show 1 piece of chicken was actually the entirety of the contents of my chicken sandwich. $30 for bread? No way! Avoid this place cuz literally Totinos Frozen Pizza Poppers would be better. I politely requested a refund Saturday night & they hung up on me. Management is a clearly lacking integrity & maturity here.

Inconsistent quality. Sometimes they miss topping or two. Other times the dough is partially uncooked. I don’t think they should be allowed to touch and handle food. In fact starvation is a far better option than buying food from here.

Really good pizza for a great price. They always amaze me with how fast they have the pizzas done. Other places in town tend to take twice as long as domino’s so it’s super nice being able to get it fast. The cinnamon bread things are fantastic as well and so are the rest of their none pizza stuff. Probably a lot of bad reviews are about getting the wrong pizza but honestly it’s not that hard to check before you leave the store or once it’s delivered. Even if they do mess it up they can make a new one fast. The parking lot can be confusing for some since people think they can just go around the building to exit but that just gets them to the drive up window.
