Loved everything about this place! Great food, prices, and atmosphere. The inside of the restaurant was tastefully decorated with a beach theme, clean, and offered a nice variety on their menu. Patio seating available as well with entertainment, water bowls for the pups, and beautiful potted fllowers lining the perimeter. The owner was kind and genuinely cared about the customer’s experience! Highly recommend!

***Edit*** visited 8/18/23 at 10am and I am happy to say that I had a 180° difference in service and quality of food! I ordered 1 egg scrambled, bacon and grits with sweet tea, my “only” complaint is the grits we very good and I would have liked a little more.

What an enjoyable breakfast. Come during a quiet time, as it is a small place, but you will love the coziness. I got the pancake combo, and it lives up to the price (7.95 for two huge plate-sized cakes) and comes with the sausage/bacon choice and eggs. The sausage is so good, has a little heat to it. Others who got the home fries combo and the grits also enjoyed it, and the server was great.

The space is very small, but they have an outdoor seating section, which was the appeal. They moved through the wait quickly, which was great. There was live music on a Sunday morning, which was really nice. You can pay with card right from your table via your server, so major props there. My one complaint was the flies. There were so. many. flies. They’ve bought table top propellers to help assist with fly swatting, but it doesn’t do much other than protect the area in its immediate vicinity. The flies were HORRIBLE. I mean, we were constantly swatting, surrounded by at least 5-8 flies at once, which unfortunately kind of ruined the experience. My recommendations to the staff would be to buy some fly catchers to see if that helps. I believe that’s my only complaint. The food was pretty good. We did have quite a wait for the food to come though. Overall, I’d be back if I was in a pinch, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to anyone as an awesome place to eat. Pretty standard breakfast, for what it is. No major complaints.

Me and my daughter ate breakfast here twice this past week and the food was delicious and came out super fast! You can tell it’s made to order. The service was fast and friendly, every server and girl at the register smiled and said hello. It gives a welcoming feel! We will always go back! The French toast is so good! Also the sausage gravy is the best I have ever had! I didn’t take pictures of the food bc we ate it so fast! Lol

We ate outside under the covered patio while the breezes blew softly and the soft tones of a single guitarist/vocalist added a layer of pleasing nostalgia to our meal. All four of us expressed surprise at how delicious our meals were. Everything was lovingly prepared and very flavorful. When one comes to expect a certain level of mediocrity with restaurant fare, it’s always a pleasure to have that expectation contradicted by delicious food. Thank you for a pleasant memory! 🙂
