A “Super Cheesy” Burger as named on the menu that looks better than it tastes. Two slices of cheese on two burger patties = “Super Cheesy?’ No, no it doesn’t. And you don’t do bacon in an ‘X’ you don’t get bacon in every bite. Do half slices side by side or shape the bacon into triangles then cook it. Customers get a far better burger experience with very little time added to prep. And while the burger and fries were good but far from great and on a slow Sunday, the service was less than attentive. Jessica was friendly, but was slow to bring out my burger, I had to ask for a drink refill and it took forever to get my ticket so I could settle up. You would think a basket with a dirty napkin in it set far to the side along with an empty mug would be a hint for her to come over and ask if I needed anything else…. Texting on her phone was more important…

Terrible service. Had to go and ask them to take the drink order. My drink was very watery. He never came back to give refills. Sat there for 20 min. Waiting on our food. There was only 3 of us. We decided to leave. It took another 5 min to get some one to tab me out for the drinks. After walking up to the bar to pay.

Party of two service was absolutely terrible. We sit there 15 minutes. Never got waited on another party of two come in and sit down and got waited on immediately. All four servers walked right past us three out of the four said hi still never got service. Got up and left. Won’t go back.

This place used to rock. Every Thursday for the last month or two we’ve been buying the chicken bacon alfredo pizza. It was the best! Now they’ve been bought out by someone else And no more chicken bacon alfredo pizza, no more ultimate or 300…wow, way to kill a vibe. I just told all my friends about this place and they too went there and said the pizza was amazing. Now I’ll have to tell them to go somewhere else. Never fails that when a place has a winning menu they go and botch it up.

Walked in an automatically felt depressed. It was dark and not a single happy person in site. The staff seemed like they hate they’re jobs. There was 2 old guys airing a live podcast about women volleyball..it sounds creepy. I ordered the sampler appetizer which cost $16 after tax..it included 3 mozzarella sticks, 5 fried pickles(which weren’t terrible), and chicken wings that were awful. The chicken was hot and sauce was cold. There was more sauce that chicken. Would not recommend.
