Terrible service at the drive through. Waited in line a long time. I ordered a 2 piece white, spicy with red beans and rice. I was told that they were out of spicy. So I got the mild. I got home and they had put a leg instead of a wing. No biscuit and half a cup of red beans and rice. The food was good but I want what I ordered. This is now the 3rd time I have experienced bad service here. I’m done. I won’t be going there again. This points to poor management. It didn’t used to be like this.

I asked for the “Mild” chicken. And of course when I got home, my husband, ( who has a very sensitive stomach) took a bite and said that is was ” spicy “. So naturally I took a bite of my own and yes it was “Spicy” I am so disappointed because I really like Popeyes chicken, but we can’t enjoy it when all you can feel is your lips, tongue, a nd mouth burning!

Its a chicken joint that doesnt have easy egress. Staff werent very rude, but asked me to pull away from the window with no one behind me. I realize that its a trend, but its irritating, makes me think they’re doing something to my food. Chicken was tolerable , but not good enough to make up for the feeling of paranoia brought on by being asked to pull up when im at a window designed to be served through. This place is not in a good location and parking lot is really not big enough to pull forward, just because its a trend in the fast food industry doesnt make it a good thing.

2 piece dinner, drumstick and wing (the size off of a Cornish hen), red beans and rice ( the cup with the fake, encased bottom) was a little over half full, mostly rice, watered down drink and a biscuit, $10!!!!! Ridiculous, outrageous, insulting!!!! Went thru the drive thru, the young man on his phone at the window. Very lousy management, they are always out of something, strips or biscuits or dessert, something. PITIFUL!!!!!!

Popeyes is my favorite fast-food restaurant but this location is a disaster. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve emphasized “plain” when I order a sandwich and still get sauce and pickles. Tiny portions for fries, scrawny strips, and telling me my coupon was for 4.99 when it was for 3.99. Ask for Cajun Sparkle. Never get it. Once I got three itty bitty pieces that were supposed to be strips. They were just dry skin. No meat. I informed them of this. Nothing. That was months ago.
