Traveling through town and stopped for breakfast. It wasn’t very busy. Food was served fairly quickly. The coffee was average. The biscuits with sausage gravy had only 2 small pieces of sausage. The biscuits were light and fluffy. Omelets were tasty and large. Rye toast was good. Server was very friendly and efficient.

Stopped by for an early dinner while camping nearby. Super good homemade food! Had the meatloaf and picked beets with coleslaw. Hubby had roast beef, onion rings, turnip greens and hot cornbread I also got Soft hot yeast rolls and a piece of cherry pie with ice cream on the side. Server was SO nice! Not a fancy place but we’ll worth a stop.

My Dad and I ate breakfast here on Saturday morning. He got an omelette with ham and 2 biscuits and he said it was very good. I got scrambled eggs with cheese and a biscuit and mine was also very good. The biscuits taste like they’re homemade and they’re a good size. The waitress was very nice and we got good service.

Good restaurant with great home cooking. We had 1 roast beef baked potatoes and collard greens; 2 seafood platter (see photo of menu for prices and what the platter has), 3 cherry pie. Everything was good. Platter was big enough.
