Every time we come the food is really slow to come out and the wait staff is never knowledgeable about what beers they have on draft or offer a drink menu. The bartender couldn’t find the pitchers so we had to order individual glasses of beer insted of offering anything different. The bread for the subs is always over toasted, dry and tough. We have come a handful of times and I don’t think we’ll be back anytime soon.

This place is not great. Went on Tuesday with co-worker. Ordered a burger and received raw bacon and undercooked potato teasers. Went today for a Philly steak and it was pretty much bland and dry. Also, who puts lettuce and tomato on a Philly cheese steak? Avoid at all costs.

The only reason I’m giving them 4 instead of 5 stars is because the order online option has some issues that should probably be fixed. The biggest being when ordering something with sauce it requires you to pick 2 different sauces even if you say no sauce (or perhaps wanted 2 of the same) and it also requires you to pick 2 “additional sauces” for $.95 each even if you don’t want any. If you do not pick it won’t let you continue. I know it’s only an additional $1.90 but it seems odd that you can’t just say no. That being said I was impressed with everything else. I had to call for one minor tweek to my order (since you can’t make additional comments online) and the lady I spoke with was so kind and accommodating it was honestly wonderful and the fact they deliver late is a huge plus as I get home late from work. All in all I’ll order from here again even I’ll just avoid items that “require” sauce selections.

The food here was delicious. My wife and I went for trivia, and we enjoyed our experience. We both had subs, I recommend the Pistol, she the Italian. The waitress that we had was also very attentive.

Stopped by for a pick up order. Was greeted by the sweetest young lady who was multi tasking like crazy, yet was friendly. She even took a few minutes to look at a picture of my cat (yes, he’s my baby lol). The sub was perfect.

Love the Submarine House. We participate in their Monday night trivia and love the atmosphere. We are a group 5-7 people and Aubrey is always our waitress and she does a great job! We enjoy the food and have tried most everything on their menu.
