Spent 45 minutes in the lobby after ordering. When I got there, but there was only 2 cars in the drive through. Ordered through the Kiosk. 45 minutes later and 15 cars went through the drive through, 3 door dash, and 2 other walkin orders before I got my 4 tacos. On top of that they were cold. When I asked what was taking so long, I was told, “there is only two of us and the card machine is down. Not sure what the card machine had to do with my order that was already paid for. Not sure why so many people got food ahead of me when I was there long before all of them. And not sure why it too 45 minutes to make 4 tacos that were cold when I got them. I have had nothing but poor service from this location. Last time I was there they lobby doors were locked. When I called they said the doors were open but I had to pull hard. I literally watched an emp;loyee unlock them for another employee. I get it’s hard to find good help and all but seriously. I If you are that short staffed then close for the day.

Food was completely cold and not edible. They got my order wrong. My husband and I ended up throwing the entire meal away. Ordered a Crunchwrap and it was not even put on the grill. It was cold when I bit into it. I’ve never had a good experience at this location. I have certainly learned my lesson for the final time.

Purchased 2 power bowls at 4:09 pm. Got them home and what a mess. There was no rice (which makes the bowl) A tsp of what I guess was to be beans. Tons of lettuce, miniscule quac and sour cream. Pitiful excuse for chicken and steak. I have been calling the location for over 2 hours—-no answer. Last time we were given the wrong order in the drive-thru but we discovered it before we left. Time before that was a mixed up breakfast. I am all for going to businesses in our area but 3 strikes is a definite out for me. I do have to say Lonnie at the window was very polite and courteous.

There was one employee here who was really pleasant once but I haven’t seen him again. All of my other experiences have been extremely slow at best and straight up bad at worst. Got a Mexican pizza here a few weeks ago that tasted like rancid oil so bad it put me off that dish forever from any Taco Bell. Right now I’m on my 18th minute of waiting for an $8 order. They need better employees and management.

Chicken so old and dried out it almost crunches. Absolutely gross! I will never eat here again. Long wait times also so if you are looking for fast food, may want to order ahead. This is my second time trying them the first day the wait us so long felt like a sit down restaurant. However I understand it was the grand opening so they were still working out the kinks so thought I’d try again.
