Should have checked reviews before stopped by this one. Definitely should avoid this one. Stopped by today (6/17/2023), ordered a 16 pieces bucket right around lunchtime. The chicken were kind of dry, not sure if they were fresh. I was the only customer in the store. The worst part is one of the employees took a piece of chicken out of the cabinet where all the fried chicken stored and ate it right in front of me while she was serving. Guess what, when we got back at the hotel and found out the bucket is one piece short. I don’t know what to call this, stealing at job ? Outrageous. Hope the owner see this review and make some corrections to their employees. Hopeless.

I visited this location and was told they had no original chicken and I’d have to wait 30 minutes. Uhhhhh, isn’t this KFC? Why was there no chicken ready at 4 pm? Maybe instead of sitting your car on the phone smoking you should be doing your job. I will not be back to this location.

Waited 20+ minutes after arriving on time for a mobile order pickup. Seasoned staff were discourteous and new staff was obviously still very green, though new staff were nicer a little bit. Food was soggy and small. They did give lots of packets when asked.

Ordered the 8pc family deal everything was not fresh the chicken tasted rotten and spoiled the greens had a funny smell mashed potatoes were hard . A day later prior to eating the food I became really sick and had food poisoning wouldn’t recommend this fast food to anyone .

This rude manager I on 3/14/23 @ 2:30 pm was the rudest ever I literally came in to spend 200 on chicken and she was so rude I don’t argue with ghetto hood trash such as her…. And I might have understood if the person was younger and not management….. but this lady has been in fast food all her life the skill set that was displayed was apparent that I will not be back and neither will my organization that sent me my boss was upset and our feed the kids program was disappointed…. FYI miss lenor wasn’t like this lady..

This is the nastiest place I’ve ever been! The entire building smells like raw untreated sewage there is filth dirt debris and garbage everywhere. The ladies bathroom had urine and water all over the floor and you could tell someone had been inside the women’s bathroom smoking cigarettes and weed! The staff was disgusting no one had on gloves or hair nets. After using the bathroom to wash my hands we decided to leave. I would never eat from this KFC location!
