I am a trucker and have been to many Papa John’s. Always had a good experience until now. My Papadila was raw dough in the middle, mushy and greasy all over except for the edges of the dough which were dry and hard. Not sure what happened but I have never had one like this before. UGH!

Delivery took over 90 minutes from order, over an hour in delivery time. Bear in mind I am less than 5 minutes away, within 1.5 miles. Website registered a pizza delivered, pizza shows up more than 15 minutes later and barely luke warm. This is genuinely the worst papa john’s I have ordered from. Pro tip, order from anywhere else or toss a Jack’s pizza in the oven. I would prefer to chew on a boot than waste my time and money at this location.

This is probably the grossest and saddest thing ever. I wasn’t really expecting much but cmon. This just bring the papa John’s bar way lower. Glad we paid for extra grease and not mushrooms and cheese.

I have always been a fan of Papa John’s. This is my local store. My only real complaint is wait time on delivery and I’m sure that has to do with lack of staff so not much can be done about it. The food is consistently good. Decent variety in toppings. All in all I would continue to recommend Papa John’s.

If I wanted a cheese pizza I would have ordered a cheese pizza… I had barely any topping and I only asked for 2. I maybe had 3 or 4 pieces of toppings on one slice of pizza… do better please!

Waited over five hours for my pizza and called into the location to voice my concerns and the manager on duty just wasn’t any help. She stated she will remake the pizza and send someone out and here it is the next day no pizza! No business from me ever again and i would make sure i spread the word. No work ethics at all here.

Ordered through their own site, they farmed out to Door Dash for delivery. the last 2 times i ordered, i ordered and paid for 3 extra Garlic sauce, as the entire family requires it… Received 1 Sauce both times. Very disappointing… called the store and some young kid answered and claimed they would call me back…. nothing. lost money and time.
