WOW! Just what I needed with a massive hangover while in Rochester 🙂 The burger was fresh and made to order. My only reason for not giving 5-stars is the fries needed a little love… no seasoning. Onion rings were better IMO!

Very clean. Food was pretty good. Got the plate and a burger. My kids liked the burgers and so did I. Washrooms surprisingly very clean. Plate was a bit weird. Kinda like a weird poutine

Haven’t been to Schaller’s in a few years. Wanted a plate tonight , but being Sunday not a lot open past 7. My wife ordered a cheeseburger plate and a cheeseburger. Price was over $20. Only received 1 cheeseburger on the plate and the hot meat sauce was not only dry but also no taste. Will not be going back anytime soon…

I’ve been a long time customer and usually satisfied. Not today… the hotdog was on a bun that looked like it was crushed on the bottom of the bag. I asked for everything on my cheeseburger, received onions, mustard and hot sauce. The fries and onion rings were great! The server had 2″ fingernails and the dining area definitely needs some detail cleaning!! By the way, I know it’s hard in this day and age, but cell phones are as dirty as a doorknob, proper hand washing needs to get stressed… you just lost a regular customer!

Best onion rings around! These were huge and fried perfectly – delicious! Burgers on a hard roll were great also. Always like getting the side of pickles, too! Staff was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend Schaller’s.

Had burger, fries and cherry coke today. Best burger by far in the Roc, not even close. Hot sauce and pickles are great. Crushed ice in coke. Well worth the cost. Great job guys!! Thank you!!!

I love coming here. The vibes are unmatched, and the food is great every time. It can be a challenge for the person at the counter to get your order right, however. Especially with the young and taller black gentleman.

They got really good garbage plates. I had the hot dog with chilli and cheese on top and that was really good. We only paid around 10 for two people and their portions are very reasonable. If you don’t eat carbs, they have non carb options too.

Honestly, the world’s best hot dogs & hamburgers, not to mention Schaller’s Plate! The hot sauce is unlike any you have ever tried, do yourself a favor and order extra, you’ll thank me. If you have never eaten here, then you must try it, I promise you, you will go back again and again. If you have eaten here before, then you know how amazing it is!
