Called to order a sub on my way home from work about 10PM because their website wouldn’t let me place the order as usual. So I called the store to place the order. A woman answered, I told her about the site not working and I attempted to place my order. However after I started to describe what I wanted I didn’t hear a reply from her. I said hello, no reply. So I said it again, no reply. I could here background noise, but that was it. So I hung up and ordered my sub from Casey’s in Camden,.whose website was working. I had to go out of my way to get it though. She should have asked me if I minded waiting if she needed to put me hold. Poor customer service.

Love the new convenience and the ability not to be forced to shop at a close by and ONLY competitor… who is seriously overpriced. Store is always clean, organized and you are greeted at the door as soon as you enter. On ly complaint I have is they close early (11PM) though it is understandable for a small town location, would be nice to be able to go there during the wee hours of the morning.

Extremely happy with our Bruceton location. The store is still fairly new and kept in tip top shape, especially with cleanliness. I am an employee, so of course I am biased, but I am also proud to show off all of our hard work. Customers are always greeted with a warm welcome and the coffee is always fresh. The food prepared in the kitchen/deli is of upmost importance and we hold our standards very high! Always going above and beyond to make sure that customers have an excellent experience! We also pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our public restrooms. Please come check out the store and all that there is to offer!

Store is clean and always stocked. Cashiers and manager are always helpful. Candace & Lindsey are the best. They’re always helping customers AND both always wear a smile. They’re patient and even try to make the rude customers smile. Something different about these two is that they also try to connect with people coming in so that they will remember them the next time. To some people this makes all the difference in the world.
