Worst Dominos Experience ever! Pizza dough was undercooked and a puddle of oil in the middle of the cheese pizza. Had to throw both pizzas away! Called the store and no response. Sent an email to corporate and waiting for a response. We are done with this location. Will have to do pick-up from the Pembroke Pines store that used to deliver our order.

Pizza done and delivered too fast. I order 4 two topping pizzas. They were dry as hell. Is no sauce pizza the new thing in South Florida. This is the reason I do not go to Little Caesars. I feel every where you turn there’s a scam. I think they want you to pay extra for sauce. This is ridiculous. I chose delivery, so when I called back they tell me I have to bring the pizza back. I truly believed they had these pizza sitting up with sauce on them pre prepped or maybe they are being stingy with the sauce. They put sauce around the edges to make it appear visible, then cover the rest of the pizza with cheese so you can’t tell it’s no saucy until you eat it, the nastiest and driest taste ever.

This Domino’s store has to be the cleanest and neatest of all. So much so that I wish they had tables to sit inside. On top of that a great pizza. I highly recommend Domino’s Pizza and this particular store. Kudos.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I would gladly give zero stars if I could! My mom ordered pizza for our family tonight and had a truly upsetting experience. The manager was rude, unaccommodating and basically tricked my mom into paying way more than she needed to. Worst of all, they refused to give her a receipt! The experience was so bad that she ended up going to another Domino’s down the street that was able to make things right. I don’t understand how this place is able to operate given how much they lack in basic customer service. I would highly recommend spending your money on literally any other pizza restaurant in Miramar.

Do not, DO NOT BUY HERE, we ordered one pizza for delivery and after almost 2 hours and multiple attempts to contact someone there, we decided to go to the store to see what happened, and tried to get a solution, we spoke with Steven, the assistant manager, he did absolutely nothing to help, he said “the best that I can do is give you a free dessert”. After almost 2 HOURS of wait and the estimate delivery time was 20-30min, that’s what he offered, all we were asking was at least a refund for the delivery fee. The delivery driver was a very nice lady who tried to help and listened to us but was not able to do anything because even when she tried, Steven ignored her and treated her horrible. I honestly don’t understand how he has that position… oh, and next time i’ll just order Papa Johns instead of Domino’s

This place is not only a pathetic establishment but the food is nasty too! Like at least have good pizza if you’re going to have trash service. We ordered our food online and never got an update. Drove there to see what was going on because nobody answered the phone. As soon as we parked the order notification came through saying it was completed only to walk in and see our pizzas were still in the oven! This place is a joke.

Horrible service dorky guy in the front completed my order over 15 min ago got there and order wasn’t ready than he said he never had an order for me. Yelled at me then read out my last name. Very rude than started to laugh life if something was funny. Got to work for a graduation party pizza is not even cooked all the way on the bottom. Horrible service

This Dominos is mediocre at best. First time to this location was ok; second time, which is tonight,is poor. My pizzas are burned. I have called multiple and no one is answering the phone. I will return to the Dominos I used to go to before this location.

Always have a horrible experience with this dominos locations. Always miss extra sauces and most of the times order comes incorrect. They wont refund whatever they missed from the order either, its supposedly put int the system for your next order. Calling the store is a joke as you can spend up to 20 minutes before anyone picks up the phone and does nothing to help you. This place is a waste of money and its a disrespect to customers who just want to enjoy the products they offer.

This is the absolute worst. I ordered pizza and after over an hour it hadn’t arrived. I called MULTIPLE times and theres no answer. I dont even know if the food is coming!!!!!! The tracker is not accurate and, of course, there is NO other number to call! This makes me NEVER want to order Domino’s again AND, WE STILL HAVE NO FOOD FOR MY FAMILY TONIGHT!!!!!
