We ordered pizza & confirmed the address. The delivery driver went to the wrong address. Our order was canceled with no notice or communication. After 57 minutes I called to check on our order. They said we would have to wait another hour, because we “could not skip in line” I was told our pizzas were thrown in the trash. Tev the manager offered 10$ off. No thanks.

I called on 6/15 an tried to place an order an the guy on the phone called me sir (I corrected him an told him i was a lady) an he still called me sir a total of 3x’s. (told me 2 hold on. Alot of background static on the phone. I hung up an called again thinking it was a bad connection an called this time from a landline phone( maybe the connection would be better). Same guy answered. Called me sir again. Just makes me not want to order from them again. An didn’t ‼️

Very disappointed…I live less than six blocks away from the Pizza Hut that delivered my pizzas and my wings, it was all barely warm, there was very little sauce on my wings, an it was watered-down. The pizzas had more cheese than meats. Over the past five yrs, I’ve made countless orders and “never” had a problem with any food I’ve ordered from this location…until now. As prices have gone way up, food, service, and quality has gone way down. I need my food hot and fresh, not kept warm and old. I’m very disappointed in this order…not ordering from this location again.

If I could rate a negative 10 I would do so, I walked in this location to order food, and Stephanie told me if I was buying food for the homeless guy outside, she would not let me order.I said to her , so as your customer and my money you refuse to take my order. She said yes! She was upset about his actions at an earlier visit in the past, I told her that was not my business, I do not hand out money, but will feed anyone who is hungry. She refused my order! I asked for the district manager’s phone number and she refused to give it to me, told me to call corporate office. I have been in mgmt for many years, this lady would be fired for refusing to help a customer. Now to find the district manager’s number. Will never go back to this location, Pizza Hut you got a real winner with Stephanie!
