I used to eat here when it was called Burger-Shake. It was five times better then, and that ain’t saying a lot. I was not charged per the menu prices. I asked for a meat and two vegetables(8.99) and tea(1.99). I was charged for the lunch special($13.99). That added three dollars to the bill. I guess “special” means, you get to pay extra for substandard food. The meatloaf didn’t taste like meatloaf, it was mushy. The creamed potatoes had little pieces of the peel in them. Not like smashed potatoes, but just little strips of the peel. They were lumpy and thick, like there was no butter in them. I gave it one star because the sweet tea was pretty good. I asked about the price and I was told, the owner is aware of the complaints and has been asked to lower the prices to fit the area, but he refuses to adjust them. He owns another restaurant in Helen, Ga by the same name. He charges Helen prices in Clermont. I’m not a tourist. And I am not a customer anymore! To top it all off, I was told that the higher price that I paid was “the price” and there was no manager in the store and the owner is their manager. They didn’t even offer to refund the three dollars that they overcharged, much less offering for me to come back and try again on the house. That should have been standard procedure. I left the plate with more than 3/4 of the food still on it. I hope you guys heed this warning. Eat somewhere else!

Food was good, not 30 something dollars good the lunch special is over priced , my mom just got 2 veggies that’s it , and hers was the same price as mine rittle me that? twice I’ve ate lunch expensive for this town , I see in Helen where the other location is but clermont folks can’t pay these prices every day. 2 biscuits one sausage and cheese the other just an egg biscuit 10.00 Cleveland will be my out to eat place.

They are so friendly and the food is great ! Try breakfast I call it all in a pile biscuits gravy eggs cheese bacon or sausage or both that’s all of the pile it’s great

Way way too slow. Food was ok and large portions, but a bit overpriced. Lady dropped 2 pieces of breaded chicken on the floor. Nobody picked it up. The staff would just step on it. Too lazy i guess to stop and sweep it up.

The food was much more expensive than the menu said. When I got through the drive-thru I had to wait 20 minutes because everybody was out smoking I guess. Super expensive and not too good for biscuits
