The shrimp aren’t worth going back for. The customer service was atrocious. The waitress said that she was too busy to check in on us and even the manager on duty seemed more concerned taking an order over the phone. Maybe you guys could get some English speaking workers who are more interested in taking care of the customers than bsing with the other workers.

Had a wonderful lunch today. Shrimp and chicken fajitas with flan for dessert. Good prices. Tasty food. The only shortcoming was the jalapeño asado (roasted jalapeño). It was a bit limp. Efficient wait staff. Clean restaurant including bathroom. Plenty of easy parking.

Ate here earlier this evening and ordered a synchronizada with bistek. First bite, it was horrible the bistek tasted terrible. I let the waiter know and ordered a bean and cheese synchronizada instead. When I paid for the ticket I was still charged for the item I rejected. Another group of patrons also shared with me and the ladies who charged me that their bistek was horrible and I was right not to want to pay for it. I thought maybe it was just me because my Dad enjoyed his food. The ladies who charged me also told me it’s their policy and if I didn’t pay for the item they would be responsible for paying for it. Needless to say I paid for my father’s dog food and I’m sure the dogs will enjoy it but if they don’t I won’t be surprised. Honestly this is just horrible customer service and policy. I only gave them a star because the waiter was nice and the staff admitted the bistek and policy sucks.
