Ice cream machine has been down for almost A YEAR. Even the employees are tired of it. This owner will not spend a dime on this place! The screens that have gone out on the stalls, have been out for over a year! They dont block the stall… they just leave it broken! Will be belly up soon…

I honestly can no longer view this as fast food… a 25 min wait is the shortest I’ve had here. This was with one other car. I’ve left at least twice because of how long it took. The staff is nice but speed needs to improve for me to keep being a customer.

Absolute trash wish I could rate y’all a 0. Waited over 30 minutes for ice cream. Had to press the red button and walk up to the building to talk to the manager (who just brushed me off) before they would start our order. Once we finally got the ice cream, all items were partially melted and poorly made. Been going here for years, and I for sure will never be returning. Don’t waste your money or time.

EVERYTIME I have stopped at this particular location I am told they are out of burgers ?!? Are you serious? It’s a burger establishment! And so I then ask for onion rings ( sonic is famous for ) and no onion rings either ? Shaking my head … can I get a milkshake? They have no ice cream ??!? Can’t leave less than one star. Trash. 4 out of last five times there. I’ll be rirght with you. 10 minutes later I leftx2 Orders Is wrong once. Last and final time. Order twice from the kiosk. Finally someone comes out to take a written order because the kiosk dosent work correctly. 20 minutes later I left. No food. Simple ask. I Order food pay them money. Small town. They don’t care. Call number for customer service. Talk to somebody overseas. Call site and they give me number in Mississippi I’m blocked after leaving a heated message. Trash. Trash service. Blamed everything on Covid until recently now what are they going to blame it on. All I want to know is who owns this dump and what is their number. Absentee landlord. Just like the McDonald’s that shut down.
