Just ordered two large sonic blasts, one Reese’s and another Snickers. There was a little topping sprinkled on top, pealed it back and there was nothing in the ice cream. The worker that was talked to about the issue said the manager told them it’s a new portion control because of food costs. So you’re telling me Ice cream with a sprinkle of topping is your portion? Definitely will not be going back if that’s how they are going to make the ice cream.

Ice cream with and snickers and there was not much snickers in it so we sent it back and the waitress said the manager said portion control now because of food cost. I will never go back here. Lower portion so you should lower your price then! The waitresses are the ones that get the heat for this and the owner is the one that gets the money and don’t have to hear it!

If you are at lunch and need to get Away from the yuma sun. This sonic is perfect for you. When you park and order, you are in the shade and in the comfort of your own car. The food is amazing, and there blasts are top notch. If you can’t finish your blast just take it home into your freezer and it will never get soo hard you can’t eat it so don’t be afraid to order large.

The food and the service were good but someone else should take the orders. The cook took our order and messed it up, so we had to wait longer to get our order right and back to us. The server was extremely apologetic and sorry.

Love to start off by saying I’m in food service, and customer service. The employee who took our order was not welcoming in the slightest, I understand people can have bad days but she seemed very miserable from the get go. She constantly wanted to rush our order by saying in an annoyed tone “is that all?” , multiple times after my boyfriend barely got a word out. Then when we got to the window to pay, we had asked for a Powerade slush, and received a regular Powerade, which wouldn’t have been a problem if we didn’t get attitude prior. So when we corrected the order by telling this employee we wanted the slush, because that’s what we asked for, she rolled her eyes, and quickly handed us a Powerade slush right after we had asked for it. My food came out overcooked, to almost looking inedible, we received the food after getting our slushes which in itself took a while for them to give to us. My Best friend also had a problem at this specific location the other day with an employee, so I understand now why she didn’t want to go back.

I drank a slush 4 days ago and got the stomach flu. The slush wasn’t even that good. Totally not worth it. It was like a bunch of crushed up ice in a fluid that was mostly flavoring, barely any water, with some sugar to hide it. But the biggest issue I’m having is how I got the STOMACH FLU instead of food poisoning. Says a lot about cleanliness.
