Only way the food is going to be good is if you ask for it fresh. Management is rude and passive aggressive and clearly doesn’t actually care. Some of the employees are very nice but that doesn’t make up for the quality.

Ate at the BO yesterday in Roanoke Rapids and it was so good. The service was great and the food was delicious! Everything has changed because Bettie Boone, general manager, is back. That is why it is so clean and everything was just right. Will be going back again.

This is the 2nd time in about a month we have stopped on the way to work to grab a biscuit and the wrong biscuits in the bag. 1st understandable due to hardly no one working but the manager was rude as crab when we came back. No I’m sorry or anything. So here we are again… Round 2 simple order 2 ham biscuits and 1 bacon egg & cheese. We were sitting in the window manager said the 2 ham are in the bag. (Should have sit there & double checked.) But 1 BEC and 2 steak biscuits (with wrapper labeled steak). Someone didn’t read… Someone in to big a hurry to do things right. So turning around going back. Made sure to speak with the manager and point it all out. So goes next time it is go in, double check the bag in front of them before walking.

This place used to be good and you got your money’s worth,past 2 times me and my wife have gotten food from there,food was as cold as the associates attitudes and portions seem to lack the quality and quantity that they used to have!will not be going back here unless a breakthrough happens with the all around quality(and quantity)of both the food and associates!

Waited 40 minutes for my 4 piece tender meal. All employees besides the manager were doing absolutely nothing. The restaurant itself had gross floors, gross tables and gross bathrooms with no way to dry your hands. One ticket was getting finished every 5-10 minutes, ridiculous. Take your time and money elsewhere.
