I got the fancy breakfast sandwich & it was actually pretty good. I ended up getting the sausage as a substitute to the bacon & it was great, as well the multigrain bread. The only thing was the bread was just a lil soggy due to the egg yolk coming out the sides but overall great breakfast sandwich.

Mike and Pattys lives up to the hype- Easily worth the trip to somerville! I got the “fancy” and it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches ive ever had. Everything tasted fresh, and the bread stayed together despite the generous amount of ingredients. My only critique is that it could have been slightly warmer so things were meltier.

I’ve been to the Bow Market and Bay Village locations and both have amazing breakfast sandwiches! My go to is the carolina caviar, but the baller, the fancy and the grilled crack don’t disappoint either. The cold brew and fresh OJ are tasty, too. You can’t go wrong with anything you get here.

Do not bother. I have never seen a more disorganized, worse run operation. They have no clue what they’re doing, can’t manage orders and takeout properly. My order was over 20 minutes late and they just left me standing there with no clue how long it would be. They don’t communicate and there’s no way to cancel orders once you realize how useless they are and get your money back. Also, as you can see, they leave food out on the counter to spoil. Disgusting and maddening experience.
