My family and I stopped into the Cracker Barrel on May 21st. We arrived at 9:15 PM and the restaurant closes at 10 PM. We were a party of five. This was store # CB0006 in Harriman, TN. This visit was less than inspiring than were other instances with visits to other Cracker Barrel restaurants. I’m giving this dining experience only three stars for the following reasons, all having to do with food quality. The wait staff was friendly, attentive and efficient.

Food was great here; just had a rough experience today. We ate today (June 24th) between 11:00AM – 12:15PM. Our server Victoria was probably just confused, but was very rude about an order ask. To put it simply, I asked for a meat side of sausage with my breakfast; she insisted Cracker Barrel did not do this. I pointed out the meat side option on the menu, but she kept arguing with me. I asked her if the menu was wrong, and she held her ground that meat was not offered as a side. (I included a picture of the menu in this review – clearly meat IS offered as a side option.) Eventually she said they could do it, but there would be an up charge (which I could plainly read on the menu). She didn’t speak to us for the rest of the services provided – just dropped off stuff and didn’t say a word each time – even though we did say thank you every single time she came by. Just silence on her end. Even though she probably just didn’t know the menu that well, it was just completely unnecessary to be so combative with me over a dang food order. Our visit was great otherwise.

Stopped here on the way home to SC from Nashville. They were busy but we got seated right away. Our server (Amber C) was very attentive and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious! And as always the Cracker Barrel store was fun to visit and look around at all the cute stuff! Would definitely recommend!

This is our favorite C.B.! We stop every time we are passing through. Not only are the views incredible, but the service and food are great, too! This stop, I turned in my seat to look behind me and four people were right there. The server passing by us asked if we needed something, our server, Amanda, was right there, the person that brought us our food, and the hospitality person. It was actually impressive to see such attention to customer service. We highly recommend this place! ♥️

A friendly and pleasant place to eat at. Can be noisy at times? But that’s to be expected. It is a busy Restaurant most of the time. My favorite is the Grilled Chicken and Chicken Livers. Greens, Fried Okra and Dumplings I usually add. But all the sides are good and hard to choose from. I recommend the 3 sides versus 2. You can always take leftovers home. And that’s double good.

I’ve been to several Cracker barrel restaurants. This is best Staff ever. Waitress super nice, not because she was pushing for tips but because that’s just who she is. The cook came out see how we were if we needed anything. Food was great, drinks was on constant refill and cups to go. Didn’t even have to ask. Not once did we have to look or call for Waitress she was always there ready to serve. Honestly I wasn’t expecting that. Great experience. They have menu for people with low vision in Large print.
