This location is literally nothing but problems. Literally every single time we come here, there’s some sort of issue. This pic is the $17 bowl I received today. I went in and asked for it to be remade, to which I was met with a horrible attitude. Usually always out of something. Two times I’ve been sold $3.50 drinks without being notified their ice machine wasn’t working beforehand, which would’ve definitely made me not buy one. Portions are never the same. I’ve attempted to use rewards in the past and been told they weren’t able to be used. Mobile orders are never ready on time. I have yet to encounter an employee that’s even the slightest bit pleasant. As I said, literally every single visit there’s something wrong. This location needs serious help. After giving them multiple chances, I’m fed up. I think I’ll start driving further to other locations if I decide to give Chipotle my business in the future.

Solid chipotle. Parking is great and it’s near a lot of shopping centers for a quick eat and go. Not a ton of seating for those lunch rushes. But the food is worth it.

Easy to get in and out of this location, with plenty of nearby parking. The staff is helpful, there is plenty of seating and they always do a great job making the meals. Would recommend buying on site & not ordering pick up to go.

The one on Markham needs help. Dirty. Every table, every trash bin, the floors and bathrooms have obviously not been attended to in awhile. They are super busy making great food! The puddles of water on the floor made me scratch my head. A leak or bad mopping skills. Again, great food!

I went in yesterday around 3 with my coworker and we were greeted with such great energy and kindness from Takiya and her crew! I lost the receipt that had the other two line servers names but they both had locs! They all were awesome! & the food was absolutely delicious! I had the Al Pastor bowl and he had a steak and chicken burrito. Best chipotle experience ever! Keep it up guys! We appreciate you!

The portion size is not right they give 2 to 3 full spoons (meat) for some people and for some people they gave less than 1 spoon (for me). Also I am a regular customer to that specific store

The older lady preparing the bowls was rude and obviously hates her job. I asked 2 employees for salt and neither one ever got it for me. I waited for it and they ignored me. Where is the manager? They need to be working the front line during lunch rush. This is a busy location and they obviously didn’t prep for the day. The chips were not even banged up. Again, where is the manager? The cashier was new but very nice, but no one else was!
