Food is great as expected, but the magic is in the service! Nick at the front counter was awesome today. I remember the original Roccos, and when I started my new job and saw one was this close, I had to go. Went for lunch today and was not let down. I walked into this bright, clean, and well decorated spot and was greater by Nick, one of the nicer guys I’ve met in a long time. He took my order and then watched to make sure it was made right. Now, the food, the Italian sausage with onions and peppers on a long roll was delicious. Sausage was flavorful, onions well cooked, and the roll was fresh. I said I would be back soon and when I told my wife about the place, she made me get her one on the way home. So, 2 times in one day, lol. So happy I have a good food spot so close. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

I totally agree with previous reviewer Laura. Nothing much to say. Service was great. Friendly staff all around. I live about 6 minutes away from the place. When I got home, my bread was soggy from the steam. Not too much flavor even with the onions and sweet peppers. Average meat. All the cheese was at the bottom with the meat piled on top. I’m not a fan of this style of cheesesteak arrangement. I ordered extra cheese, so there was literally just a big clump of cheese at the bottom, and all the meat was on the top.

Steak sub is large and filled in quite well. Cheerful and quick service. The bread got a bit soggy by the time I could eat it, so I stuck it in the oven for 5 mins. I also added a bit of salt. Then it was gone.

I thought for sure they’d be amazing, since they’re menu is limited. Maybe today was an off day. We’ll try them again just to see if we were wrong. We both got cheesesteaks with onion and mushrooms. Definitely not anything “Philly” about it. Not much flavor at all. Disappointing, since we paid $10 for each sandwich. Onions still weren’t all the way cooked down. Just a bummer all around.

Insanely good food. No need to go to Philly anymore. Their sausage peppers and onions are the best I’ve had and the cheesesteaks look fantastic. I will have to try them in the future.

Amazing customer service, with quick and friendly staff that make sure every sandwhich is made to your liking. The sandwhiches are 10 dollars a piece and worth every dollar. It is easily shareable with another person and cheap hotdogs for little ones. Will definitely be coming back regularly.

Forget 5 stars they get a solid 10 from me! 10/10 customer service, 10/10 on the food 10/10 on the wait time was told 2 minutes and got my food in 30 seconds! The guys have very friendly and great personalities! Great lunch stop after a day’s work!
