I’ve has Dickey’s before but the one on Wycliff Ave hits different. The hospitality Lakisha showed me from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left was the best service I’ve EVER had. The food was beyond amazing you can tell she took her time making my order. The loaded potato was 2 meals by itself and I can say I had the BEST BURGER IN MY LIFE FROM HERE!!!! Long story short go to the Dickey’s on Wycliff Ave and you will be completely satisfied and will need a nap afterwards. THANK YOU

The food, atmosphere, and service is very much basic nothing extraordinary at all. The portion also are small enough to say they skimp, but big enough to say you ate. You’re not able to serve yourself pickles or BBQ sauce. And to top it all off and to make it even worst: THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ICE CREAM MACHINE!!! I paid $28 for 2 people and it was ok. I ate and I can wait till the next meal. I do not recommend coming here. Also the restrooms are nasty!!! They have not been cleaned in a while for sure!!!

The reviews of this place must be paid actors or friends of the staff because the food & service that we received were poor. We ordered 3 plates. Everything was dry and hard. The potato was hard like it still needed to be cooked. And then to top it off we only received 2 small containers of BBQ sauce. One being hot and the other regular. My husband came back inside and asked for more and the girl at front told him no. I think that’s crazy for just spending a little over $60. The girls at the front seemed like they did not want to be there. They were telling each other to take orders or to run to go orders outside instead of working as a team. Not sure what ladies these other reviewers are speaking about but THESE LADIES on 8/29/2021 at 5:45pm were not it! Do not eat here…I promise you will be upset with the amount of money you spend for the quality and amount of food that you get. You can go down the street to Kroger’s and get a can of meat and pour BBQ on top of it for way cheaper. The picture below is the 3 meat $16 plate.

This location has an amazing team that is super dedicated. There were only 2 people in the store and they were working their butts off to get everything out and they were still maintaining a positive attitude. The place smelled amazing and even though they were out of things I would definitely go back. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, it was delicious and fresh. I also tried a bite of sausage link. Super moist and very tasty!
