This used to be my go-to Restaurant for fried chicken when I crave for them. The food is expected KFC standard; the atmosphere is nice as usual. Recently I visited it via drive through to order. I can tell the cashier is not well trained and he is very rude for my order when I asked for extra stuff and detailed about the order. I was not happy at all that moment and asked myself never come back this place anymore. I know this is NOT smart not going to a restaurant due to one employee or one incident. However, I was very not happy at all my last visit. There are another two KFC near by so definitely I don’t need to come here.

My wife and I were looking forward to some chicken sandwiches, but unfortunately it was right before closing (10 p.m.) so we were pretty sure they wouldn’t be available. The staff at this Elk Grove Blvd location were happy to make some sandwiches for us, even though this meant they would have to stay after closing. It’s wonderful when you find good people, providing excellent service!!!
