When we had to order at the time of the cane there were only about three meats available the other meats you had to wait for them to serve you apparently they don’t like it when you don’t choose the one that is available, the rice was kind of old and tasteless (not at all similar to the one in P.R) the orange chicken had a good flavor.

The first 2 times I ordered from here it was awesome!! But this last time the chicken had little to no sauce and they provided fairly less of a portion then I got the first 2 times and I ordered the exact same thing chicken this time was also extremely hard to chew..

Maybe it’s just that’s it’s new, but my experience was first rate. The food flavorful, hot and exactly as advertised. The cream cheese wonton were yummy! The staff was well trained and pleasant. The store was clean as we’re the bathrooms. It won’t be for everyone, but it’s my first choice for Chinese food in Bismark. Good times!

the food is good, but the staff needs to pay more attention to the order that is being asked, also they should be more honest with the costumers. On 2 occasions the 1st happened that I ordered 2 orders by the drive thru 1 was beef broccoli and sesame chicken,and the other was sesame chicken and orange chicken. when I got home it turned out that they only served me sesame chicken and not beef broccoli. The second time I preferred to order inside to avoid the same thing happening the first time, I ordered beef broccoli and sesame chicken, this time I think it was a lack of honesty. It turns out that the girl who served the food only served me broccoli and two small but small pieces of beef, everything else was broccoli, I had many people ahead of me and I could only see when she was serving the orders but I could not see with details that she was only serving me the last of the broccoli. When I get home I am again disappointed in my order. I think they should teach the staff that if they don’t have the amount of food they shouldn’t give people what’s left( leftover)and they should simply tell the costumer that they don’t have more, or that they are cooking more, or that they need to wait a bit for minutes until they have more again. but do not serve what is leftover or the last part of the food or serve only vegetables when in reality they are charging me for beef broccoli and I am paying for beef broccoli and I am not paying for broccoli. I will not return to this place anymore.

This Panda location is ‘new’ to our area. At this time, I would say the food was OK. The store was not very busy at the time, and I didn’t go at an odd hour. I can’t think of any reason why the food wasn’t as good as all the other Panda locations that I have been to. I will wait to hear feedback from other customers before I return to this one.

Food is always good here but tonight service was absolutely ridiculous. We placed an online order that we got 50 minutes after it was suppose to be ready for pickup. Our names even came off the screen and our food was not on the shelf. I waited in the car as my 4 year old was hungry and this is her favorite place so waiting was not an easy option. I watched as the drive thru was going through at a good pace bur our order was yet to be fulfilled. Very disappoint with how this happened. Again, food is always great here, though.
