We typically have decent experiences at this KFC. Tonight, the service was quick & the worker at the window was polite. However, both our sodas tasted like bitter carbonated water, disgusting & un-drinkable. One order was a two piece white meat meal. Received a chicken breast & the second was unidentifiable, definitely not a chicken wing. KFC has been way too stingy with their gravey for many years, but both sides of potatoes & gravey had hardly any gravey at all. We were very disappointed & made worse by the high price of the two meals.

I live locally and every time I’ve gone to this KFC and gave them another shot they continue to leave me with a bad experience. Typically it is not giving me my entire order or take over an hour to get my food BUT this last experience led me to leave a review. My wife and I came to the drive through and we were informed that KFC was somehow out of chicken and that their cook didn’t come in. This was during dinner service and several hours before they closed. They need some serious changes.

Ordered a 3 piece box and got a thigh and a drumstick (2 pieces). Went back to the counter, and the staff was very apologetic. One employee said he was sorry and gave me the chicken I paid for and an extra piece. Very nice staff

False advertising!!! Sign on door says open until 9pm, by 7pm lobby is always closed. Not everyone drives if ur drive throbis open ur lobby should be and if signs on doors say ur open stay open, or take the sign down!!! Will not be going back

They should have more biscuits available! Not impressed with contact from an employee! Eric, the manager on duty was very understanding considering this was not the first time that I had to wait for biscuits!
