Giving this a 5 stars because I saw how low the rating was and I have had very traditional chipotle experiences here. Quick lines, healthy portions, the experience (at least for going in, I haven’t ordered online) is exactly what I would expect from chipotle.

Just wanted to say I DO NOT like the “non-traditional” (online only) drive through. Maybe some folks like it and I respect that. I do not like the online-only drive through. I can use the online app just fine, but placing an order and having to wait 10 to 15 minutes, well that just isn’t “fast food”. Chipotle is in a very weird place for me because to me it is fast food, but to other folks that does not seem to be the expectation. That’s fine, I will not hold it against them but I will just say they will not be getting my business, today. If you can relate to this give me an upvote, just to let them know what the public is thinking. If you disagree then that’s fine, too. Everything else is fine. Going to Linas across the street.

Online ordering is a nightmare! Ordered to support dance team-no area to add code. Checkout said free guacamole but I was “missing item”! No way to find out what the missing item was. Online chat w/ Pepper was of no help. Called their phone for assistance, but there is no access to employees and message said no orders are taken via phone. After about 1-2 hours trying on desktop computer and cellphone, I gave up and will support dance team by going into store. Never again!

Ordered on the app. All three meals were wrong. Good luck getting it corrected. No one answers the phone. And the app offered us a few free sodas for messing up $50 worth of food. Recommend going in to watch the order get made.

You have a P.O.S. system in place, have a credit card sales system in place, can receive online orders via the company website but even the manager admits to me that he doesn’t know the stores Phone Number (or if they have one). Matter of fact the only phone number listed on Google rings once then goes directly to a voice-mail thats full. Seems like you had all the systems set in place to take money but nothing to take feedback… Seems like a rather amateur mistake tbh.
