This is truly a Moe’s above the rest. The restaurant was so clean that I asked the staff if it was new construction- nope, three years old! The staff was fast and friendly, answering questions without rushing me. I had the stack. This is standard Moes food but the staff and restaurant make it excellent. I’m so glad I stopped at this exit!!

Today was my first time ever visiting this location because I was in the area. I ordered through the drive through. I was trying to order half chicken half steak like I do at any other location I visit. The young man taking my order said “We don’t do half and half, you have to pay for extra meat”. Any other location I visit always do it, and charge me for the more expensive meat (steak). All I said back was “Oh wow, they do it at other Moe’s” and continued to order my food, acknowledging that I’ll have to pay for extra meat. He begins to raise his voice and get confrontational. After I had already said it’s fine I’d pay, so I had to speak over him and say that It’s fine I’ll pay. Once I got to the window, I asked did they do military discount because at other locations, they do. Before I could even get my question out he said “No we do not.” I gave him my card, he charged it and handed it back. I said thank you, he said nothing. When my food was ready he slung it out the window, I said thank you again and he closed the window on me without saying anything. The customer service I received was HORRIBLE, and I will probably NEVER visit this location again because of this.

I usually switch it up and try something different each time I visit. This time I got the bowl and added whatever free topping I desired. It was so good. I used to online order service and just pulled to the drive through and picked it up. The employees are super nice and friendly. If u need extra salsa for your chips, just let them know. I highly recommend their ‘MoeRita’. Tastes just like a margarita without the buzz. I took away a star because sometimes the rice is hard and crunchy; undercooked. But overall, I am satisfied with this location.

Wanted a quick late lunch today and decided to give them another chance after forgetting my queso last time. This time they forgot my sour cream even after I asked the guy at the window did they get everything and he even repeated it back. Got home and guess what no sour cream and they even added a gift a nice blond hair. Needless to say what I did eat came back up and I think I’m not going to be going back here for a while.

I’m extremely surprised this place has 4 stars. They messed up my order and you should only get the salad (which only consists of lettuce) if you like the big hard peices plus the core. Way over priced. Won’t be returning.

I made a online order for a steak nacho with just about everything on. Over all everything was great. Behind that I ordered a STEAK bowl n got more mushrooms then meat! I literally could counted the meat! I usually walk in at Moe’s In have no Complaints..I order the same topping for just about everything.. but this trip was different. Customer service was great. Everyone was pleasant and the store was clean. Just was the lack of meat! On this trip!

Good food, very high prices. Lunch used to be a 10 – 12 dollar cost for a meal and a drink, but now expect to pay 15 – 20 per person.

Usually we have a great experience at Moe’s and I’m sure we will still go there. However, I just got a large drink from them and the cup was 90% ice. Disappointing. This is a ripoff.
