The owner, Fay, was sweet. She greeted me as I entered. She also helped me get the best deal with my large, confusing order. I gotta that the quality of the food is above exceptional. I would’ve taken pictures if it weren’t for my kids wolfing down the “delicious food” (their words). The wife N I enjoyed it as well. If you have picking eaters and they eat it all, that says something about the food. We’ll be back the next time we’re in Pismo Beach. We highly recommend you stop by and see for yourself.

Great place for boba tea! Food was just what I expected. Delightful selections of food, beverages, and more. Service is fast and friendly. Have gone out of my way to returned for some of their great selections. I especially recommend the egg custard buns!

Apparently good Asian food is difficult to find in this part of California, who knew? This restaurant is no exception to the rule. While the food is edible and the owner was super friendly, the meal itself wasn’t worth the top dollar they charged for their items.

This place was disgusting. Absolutely not worth your money. When I say run I mean run away. I bought the noodle soup with dumplings and tasted awful. The dumplings tasted like they were taken out of the freezer and just heated up. The broth tasted like straight up tap water, not to mention that the eggs that were in the soup were pink .

We have visited Fay’s a few times now. It is one of our go to places for Dim Sum, Boba tea and general Asian comfort food. Just wanting a small snack we got a bowl of noodles and dumplings for the kid and the adults got 1 steamer of shrimp dumplings and XLB dumplings. The flavors are excellent. The only downside is the dumplings do take a while to steam since they are raw and cooked to order. The shrimp cook faster, but the XLB take a good 10-15 minutes to cook. As long a you are ok with this and have the time they are tasty.

Told to try this place by locals. Just a couple blocks from the Pismo Beach Pier. Menu on the wall outside. Boba menu inside. Food made to order. Tasted fine. No complaints about taste. A bit on the expensive side for what you get.

We tried this for the first time today and it was good. The restaurant is nice and clean the lady who took our order was nice and friendly. We ordered the beef and chicken chow main, braised pork belly, fish sticks, popcorn chicken and 3 BOBA drinks. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

Was at Pismo Beach during the Fourth weekend with friends and families and tried Fay’s on the first night dinner. The lady up front wasn’t that nice at first, but she did an excellent job and packing our food and labeling them all! Also, when we went back, she was noticeably nicer.

No greeting at door, no explanation of ordering at the front or self seating. Food tasted bitter and soapy. Bobas are cheap and “powder and ice” like. I won’t go back. Paid $17 for a “wonton for two” and it was smaller than a normal bowl of soup. Spent $40 for food for two and was very very disappointed.

Worst food I’ve had in my life shrimp was so salty it tasted like dog kibble with salt, and the cream cheese raigoons were so stale. It’s like they air dry all there food. Portion size are also horrible it’s the size of your palm and it has more stale chips then the actual food. Horrible prices 24$!!!! For some food I had to throw away . I came back and asked to change it the lady said she knew it was super salty so I traded for fried shrimp wich tasted like the one from food for less you get in the frozen isle. WHAT I GOT , popcorn shrimp and raigoons. Will not ever come back. The best part was the tape chips and sweet sauce
