I’ve given this place a few tries, and I give up. First try was Pad Thai, which should be the best thing at a Thai place. Bland dry boiled chicken, unseasoned small (probably also boiled) shrimp. Soggy old unseasoned veggies. Anything on the menu that says “pan fried” is a lie, noodles are all soggy. The curry base they use for everything is definitely just some store bought dry mix stirred with coconut milk. I’ve never had more bland and flavorless Thai anywhere before. On my final attempt at giving this place a shot, I ordered Three Flavor Noodles, extra spicy. Their idea of making something spicy is just dumping red pepper flakes on it until its inedible. I love really hot and spicy foods, and expected it to be a hotter curry sauce or seasoning mix, but no, just about a cup of red pepper flakes mixed into the soggy (definitely not pan fried) noodles. After all my companions had finished eating (the server never stopped to check on us, this place is small its not exactly asking much) I pointed out that my wife and I had both had 1 bite of my pile of pepper flakes and found it inedible. He took it back and said he would take it off the bill, as I had just spent my lunch hour with a burning mouth while staring at the front counter, hoping maybe the server would notice. Much later, he came back and offered to replace the dish, which I agreed to get the bland pineapple curry my wife got (complete with the boiled plain unbrined unseasoned chicken). After about another 20 minutes, he comes back with my togo container(with a broken leaking lid). He goes around the table getting payment, and instead of comping my wasted lunch hour (and losing a potential customer forever + me telling everyone I work with across the street about it) he charges me $16 for it. The to-go cup is barely 2 cups worth, with the tiniest little soggy white rice box I’ve ever seen. I assume they’ve only stayed in business because of people with low standards who don’t want to travel farther for lunch.

I have been going here for years since it’s right across the street from work, and it’s still wonderful. The owners are great people and the chef knows what they’re doing. It’s wonderful food with authentic ingredients. I look forward to visiting for years to come.

I’ve been going to this restaurant since 2008 and I really can say it has the best Thai food around here.. the food never disappoints, any time I try something new it’s even better than the last. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Sometimes the waiting time could be a little longer but totally worth the wait. The ambiance is so nice, very cozy and intimate. Also please try their iced coffee, it’s a must.

I’ve had many excellent meals at BCTC! I always order Thai-hot, and I let the chef cook her choice of dish. So so good!

This place is delicious and the owners are so kind and sweet! We love going here. I think some of these bad reviews may be from folks who just can’t handle the heat!

This is one of our favorite local places. We order from here at least twice per month, for the last 3 years. The food is always delicious, and the service is always great. Favorite dishes are Basil Fried Rice, and Pad Thai. They also serve local beer and wine. Best Thai food in the area.

1st time visiting this Thai restaurant and definitely not the last. What a great find yesterday! Best won ton soup I’ve had to date. Won tons were not gummy like at other restaurants and perfectly executed with just a touch of sweetness.

They made the food in 20 minutes and were very kind while ordering. We got the green and yellow curries, rice, and a pad Thai to share among the family of adults. Finally, a mango and black rice dessert.
