This was our very first visit. All homemade food with daily changing menu. We had stuffed chicken with mashed potatoes and a dinner salad, with cocnut cream pie and meringue! The server knew almost everyone that came in by name! Truly a hidden gem that I wish I knew about sooner!

Such a great small town gem. Food is all homemade by the owner. The wait staff has been there forever and knows you by name. And the prices are amazing… I think this is the only place left that hasn’t raised their menu items in this awful time.

I’ll never set foot in Massart’s again. It was recommended to me by a friend who meant well, but when my husband & I went, we waited over an hour for our food. When we finally got our meals, they weren’t the ones we ordered, they were another table’s. As for the “food”, it was not only burnt, but cold. Presentation was worse than bad. And the place is absolutely filthy. It is so dusty and smells heavily of grease. I’m sorry, I know a lot of folks really love that place but based on the one experience I had, I would NOT recommend it.

Nice little place. Needs updating. My breakfast was pretty decent for the price. The service was super. Nothing fancy, just good old fashion American food, cooking, and waitressing.

Breakfast was really good! For 2 people it ended up being about $23 for a large breakfast. I’ll be back. The French Toast was very good as well as the home fries!

Wish I could have tried this for breakfast 1st time there. They brought me coffee and water waitress never came by to take my order. Waited 15 -20 minutes. Wasn’t really busy. Not a good experience for the 1st visit

Was in town for a family visit. Had breakfast on day one. It was so good I went back the next two days. The food was prepared perfectly and the staff was very friendly and personable. I will be going back the next time I visit the area.
