Woah do not eat here. Food lying around on the floor with empty boxes Frozen food left in open bags on the counter Both the counter worker and the manager on duty passed the buck and made excuses. If possible, I would give 5 thumbs down. Worst fast food experience of my life. Been here for 34 minutes now and still have not received any food. Went up to complain and they had given away all the food. They just brought our food. 35 minutes. Stay away from this place. The manager and owner should be ashamed

I ordered close to closing time and was given the wrong sandwich. I came through the drive thru after hours and Dimitri was fantastic- helped me get the right sandwich and was very apologetic. He did the right thing and I was very impressed.

Waited in line 40 minutes for drive through, received order, drove 2 blocks home. My Burger from WENDY’S 45 MINUTES EARLIER WAS WARMER THAN THE CHICKEN TENDERS FROM ARBY’S. Online ordering is not much better. Order online 1900hrs and ask for carryout/pickup at 1930hrs, same type of story, have to wait another 15 minutes so 1945 hrs to actually get food. Arby’s was a favorite of mine. Now only 3rd after Mc Ds and Wendy’s at top

Food is usually pretty good. Drive through is always slow but it’s faster than cooking it yourself. Getting disappointed mainly because the last 3 times they get the order wrong. Like not even close. Time to give this place a break until they figure things out I guess.
