Don’t order from this location, ordered a pretzel pizza they gave me a regular and very poorly made pizza, parts of the cheese and pepperoni looked spoiled and reheated, and just put salt around the crust… waste of money.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza through the online portal. Usually, we have good service and good pizza. But, this time we ordered on a Sunday evening. NEVER again! Half of our pizza didn’t have cheese, pizza was over cooked and 2 of 8 slices didn’t have a stuffed crust. Went back with the whole pizza in hand for a new one, only to be greeted by rude incapable staff, with a angry pizza man in the back, throwing pans around and ingredients. Definitely, makes me regret ever thinking of ordering here on a Sunday again.

I use to love this location. Now, I can’t stand it. I will literally drive out of my way and go to a different location. Tonight, the lady (who I assume was the manager based on how she was acting) at the cash register stood there ignoring customers waiting in line and talking to some other lady she knew, I think. She was bad mouthing the other workers and saying how they are lazy. I don’t know if she thought no one was paying attention but it was completely unprofessional. It made me really uncomfortable and i felt bad that the other workers were hearing her. I watched the pizza that would end up being mine sit on the counter as she gossiped and get cold. The wings I ordered, while fantastically sauced, were also cold. My order was 20 minutes later than the estimated ready time. The only good thing was the 2liter Pepsi was great. It was a complete waste of time and money. I will definitely not be going back to this location.

I’m so sick and tired of them saying to some people that it’s a 10 minute wait but the person that comes in after you comes and goes. I have sat there and watched them stack up the pizza as they come out to get them all boxed. Then they charge and hand them out one after the other. Change your sloagan about it being ready to go. They know the time people start getting there. Why not prepare ahead of time?

Do not eat from this location!!! They always serve old cold pizza . I even tried ordering online instead of just walking in and the service is the exact same . One time I walked in and I could here a girl screaming at another employee telling him “go out there” and then when he came out he said the wait would be 15 minutes . Pathetic!! Whoever is running this location and whoever is making the pizza needs to be fired . I’ve been a faithful customer forever ! This location is a waist of money and very unprofessional it makes the company look bad .

Placed an order on the app, went to pick up it wasn’t ready NO PROBLEM my phone ran out of battery I decided to wait in the pizzeria. The kid that was at the register was helping in the kitchen he was going back and forth he was touching register, pizza doors, money, he kept fixing his facial masks touching his long hair and going in the kitchen putting pepperoni, cheese, etc IN PIZZAS WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!!! I was so disappointed , never going back to this pizza, pizza place.

The pizza I got today was TRASH . Literally I know they took a old pizza added more cheese and pepperoni to it and ran it through the oven AGAIN… the crust was weird Infact more crust than pizza it was burnt ..I’ve called up to the store talk to management nobody is answering ..
