RVers in Florida staying on Mayport. Had to return harbor freight item. Then went cigar hunting and found this Sushi place next door. What a Gem! We had awesome plate of sushi and sashimi. Place nice and take out was good but imo its over priced compared to other places I have tried here in Jacksonville. It’s still good. For 6 people and not be hungry afterwards..this wasn’t the spot. I paid little under $65 dollars somewhere else but here we didn’t get the same results and paid about $100.

Would never go here again. Customer service is terrible . Literally said that I would like to order a two lunch special. She didn’t ask what rolls but kept saying tuna rolls. Then I get two tuna rolls with no soup or salad. If it comes with a soup or salad why would you ask me if I wanted it. Won’t be going back.

The first time I ordered for lunch, I came in holding my 4 month old and they were so polite. They asked to carry the food out and held the door for me. Every one I interacted with was exceptional. Beyond that, the food is great. Don’t miss out!

The sushi was okay. I’ve been on a sushi kick lately and this has probably been my least favorite place. I got the pink lady roll and the Dynamite roll. I felt like the oil tasted off when they fried it, it almost tasted like it was old and needed to be changed. I also felt like it was overly fried and not light, it was overpowering. The pink lady roll didn’t have much in it, just tasted like rice. Overall, not very impressed.
