Excellent, juicy, fell off the bone right into my mouth, smoked chicken. I almost ate the bones. The hot links snapped and were juicy. Perfectly done. I even tried the Kool-Aid pickles. Don’t drive past this place if you are hungry. You will regret it. Friendly people, excellent food at a great price.

The portions are plenty. The flavor it perfect. The prices are more than reasonable. The people are incredible. We will be back and this time, I will get some potato salad. It was great with the pulled pork sandwich.

We’ve eaten at Raisin’ Smoke many times. Based on those experiences we had Steven cater a party we had for 40 – 45 people. It was all excellent. All of our guests complimented the food. I suspect he’ll get some new customers after Saturday.

Today is the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. I picked up half of a brisket at 1:00 pm today and, let me tell you, it was off the chain……Just the right amount of fat on the top side to keep it moist. I can’t get enough of this moist, tender & flavorful mouth full of deliciousness! Now I’m looking forward to my next family gathering when I will order these guy’s whole smoked chickens!

The pulled pork sandwich was amazing and I love the potato salad. I don’t usually like the beans at BBQ places but they were really good. I stole a bite of someone’s cause they said they making the yummy noises while eating them. I WILL be doing that again. Next time the chicken sandwich and tomato cucumber salad. And maybe the mac & cheese.
