Purchased 2 drinks and a gift card. Used a $25 gift card with an old gift card that has a few dollars on it to purchase for the drinks and cashier never gave back my gift card stating I have exact amounts on my $25 card. Not true. No receipts given either. I don’t often go to Starbucks but now I’m down $17.xx giftcard. The line was getting long and I had a meeting to attend so I left. Wish it was a better experience at this location, I hope others don’t get cheated.

Ive never been to this Starbucks during morning rush so after seeing the mixed reviews here, decided to give it a shot. I had a longer than usual wait time before my order, but once I was at the speaker I was very politely spoken to and given good customer service today. I ordered a drink and a sandwich and both were made properly, my iced drink did not have too much ice and my breakfast sandwich was hot. It seemed like maybe they were having some difficulty with an order ahead of me and that’s the only reason my time was long today, but otherwise I had a good experience. Thanks guys

I was really upset when I went here today. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino no whip on top and an extra shot. I got no whip cream at all and than when they added the whip on there bottom it was lime half the cup, so I didn’t get the amount of coffee or extra shot I paid for. I was not pleased!

Worst service ever. Started with an eye roll when they noticed 2 people in line. Kept talking to their friends off to the side. After 6 minutes of listening to all the gossip I decided to walk out. Whoever is working there today doesn’t want their job it seems.

Wouldn’t reccomend, had 2 ppl taking orders at the same time so was super slow and spend like 7 minutes just placing an order. Got 2/5 of my drinks wrong (put an extra shot in the frap i wanted regular, dragon drink instead of lemonade refresher). Actual drink making was fast, might’ve just been a bad day there but wouldn’t return.

I’ve gone here several times, Kaitlyn usually makes my drinks and is great! Very professional and my drinks are always spot-on. I’ve noticed the Starbucks inside of target seem to be very different from stand-alone locations, usually less knowledgeable and experienced employees, this is not the case when Kaitlyn is working.

The store is always busy the drive-through line tends to be a decent length and yet they get you through an amazing speed plus if you’re lucky enough to get Sage at the window you’ll have a great smile coming at you ( you can see it in the eyes even with a mask on ) and a wonderful customer service experience

Always good service. Very friendly and attentive staff. I prefer going to this one in the morning versus the standalone Starbucks that’s nearby. There’s rarely a line whereas the other one is always crazy busy.
