Usually the sandwiches are very good but this time was different. They were out of lettuce. They were willing to improvise to make my sandwich somewhat interesting. However, I really can’t give a good rating on the food this time, even with the improvise. I’m not quite sure with the Kroger 100 yards away why the shift manager would allow a lettuce shortage. I will try again at a later date and hopefully be able to give a better rating. I feel that this incident is out of character for a JJ. The staff was still very friendly.

this is probably one of the slowest restaurants I’ve been to or that’s in Franklin. The drive thru is a disaster. Just go in. But if you do go in prepared to be met but loud music and rude people. And if you do manage to get a sandwich, make sure it’s the right one or the right toppings are on it because half of the people that work here don’t know how to read.

Employees completely incompetent of reading. Legit asked for one thing to be added to my sandwich and they could not manage it. Also, no avocado spread on my beach club. No one was even in the store and they couldn’t take an extra second to make sure they were making the order correctly

Sadly I love Jimmy John’s… their Beach Club lettuce wrap is delicious… but I think this is the last Jimmy John’s sub I will purchase… I get that things happen but to find a hair halfway thru a $10 sandwich is enough to make the boldest sandwich lover gag!

Franklin Indiana Jimmy John’s is a clean, decent place for quick sandwiches. I have been there on several occasions and it’s never been dirty on the inside and have not had a sandwich made incorrectly. The only negative experience I have had over the years is one time I had to wait for 10 min or so while they were getting a large delivery order around.

We went through the drive through to place an order, we were the only ones there and no one was inside but the workers. Somehow we still waited 12 mins for 2 sandwiches. One of them being only Turkey and cheese which they forgot the cheese so we got 2 slices of Turkey on bread. The other sandwich was a beach club, which they forgot the avocado. Worst service I have ever experienced, will definitely never go back to that location.

The family and myself have given this location plenty of tries. We have never placed and order with this location in Franklin and actually received it correctly fulfilled. There is always something missing even after an excessive wait. If you attempt to call you will be either ignored or placed on an eternal hold to which nothing ever gets fixed/corrected. I’ve tried Jimmy John’s before and the bread was hard and falling apart. It had been several years so I decided to try it again and the bread was tough and hard to chew . The meat etc was good if they just had softer and better bread!
