My Mom and step dad went to this location yesterday (5-27-23). When they arrived home the chicken appeared overcooked, hard and like it had been sitting for hours. My Mom is elderly with health issues and needed to eat. She tried one of the wings. The chicken wasn’t cooked properly therefore, she couldn’t eat it. My Mom called the restaurant to complain and possibly get a refund or better chicken. She spoke to a manager and explained the issue. She also told her she tried to eat a wing. The manager rudely told my Mom that she couldn’t do anything because my Mom ate a piece of the chicken and hung up while My Mom was still talking. This matter has been referred to the Corporate Office.

We went to try the new chicken wraps. Really good. Also half the size it shows on the commercial. We also bought two small coleslaw to go with our wrap. Also very good. And cost more than the wraps did at two for five. After taxes we had spent over $12. Go because the food is good, and if you can afford it.

Stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat. The order was almost correct they just forgot my extra gravy and the ranch for the chicken strips we ordered. At first we thought they didn’t give us forks but they were in the bottom. No, the ranch wasn’t in the bottom too, we checked. They didn’t give me a receipt either so I cant give them feedback.

This store is horrible and very judgemental. I ordered a two piece where i couldnt change my side from a mash to a mac-n-cheese nor my drink from a pepsi to mountain dew, and they even refused to give me something as simple as a spoon. Very stipulated order.

I’ve watched at least 8 cars come and go as I wait for these 2 chicken littles. Chicken tenders take less than 10 minutes [7ish when I worked at Popeyes in high school] to fry so idk what’s the holdup. The cashier Lisa seems frazzled but it happens to the best of us.
