I always love Tim Hortons any where I go. The food is always good, and the drinks are fantastic. This one is no exception. I am taking off 2 stars because for a restaurant that originates in Canada, and has a maple leaf on its packaging, I’m very disappointed that there is no mention of happy Canada day. It would be great for a discount on Canada day, but just some happy Canada signs would add the 2 stars needed to make this a 5 star review.

I come here often and there’s a guy who works the drive through in the afternoons who is extremely abrupt and rude. I’ve tried to use my app for coupons numerous times, where it shows activated and he says “didn’t work. “ and I ask to try again and he will say “charged ya already”. Told me he can’t help me numerous times this has happened. Another employee said “they don’t train us on the app so idk”. It sucks to have an app with discounts and have no one be able to figure it out.

I ordered a 20 pack of timbits half honey dip and half chocolate and they give me a variety of all the tim bits they have so I had to get back in line and wait and they did give me what I ordered after I got back in line behind 4 cars.

My Most Favorite Coffee in the world. I go on vacation & I even have to take my big can of Tim Horton’s Coffee with me just Incase there isn’t one to be found. I have been drinking it since 1997 & will probably pass away doing so ! I Am Tom Hortoner’s For Life! Was asked once ” What I Would Do If The Company Went Out Of Business? ” I answered with the only fitting answer … ” I CAN NOT IMAGINE A WORLD WITHOUT TIM HORTON’S “

We order two Carmel iced coffee and two bagels and one of the bagels came out rock hard with no cream cheese and the two ice coffees were straight coffee and we went back through and they were saying that they put cream and sugar. Right before they went to hand us out are remade drinks one the employees said, “she complained”. They were really rude to us even though we paid so much for the ice coffees .
