We stopped by here to stretch our legs on our way to Pittsburgh. The place really looked dirty outside with melted ice cream, food, and garbage on the ground in several places in the parking lot. Tables inside looked like they could use some wiping. As if that wasn’t bad enough, we ordered the chocolate-dipped soft serve ice cream. Not only did they mix up our order and took 15 minutes to give us four ice cream cones, but the chocolate that covered the ice cream never really hardened, so we just had a chocolatey mess dripping down our ice cream cones. I’m guessing others experienced it, too, which might explain the ice cream mess in the parking lot.

I went to the one on Milford Street in Clarksburg. It is clean. The staff is friendly. The ice cream is delicious and normally you find kind people to have nice conversations with. Nice place to go. I take my grandchildren here.

Super friendly service. Above and beyond! Did was fresh, hot and delicious, Blizzard was mixed thoroughly. I’ve never had one that didn’t have a bunch of unmixed ingredients in the bottom. Very very friendly staff. Went out of their way to thank me and v wish me a good evening on my way out! By far my best DQ Experience. Will return for Chicken & Waffles. Please thank the staff that worked tonight!!

Back in WV to visit family for this stop and it was actually pretty good. The ladies working did outstanding putting together 6 peoples deserts in a quick and complete manor. I like that this restaurant has made it better to get in and out by recently renovated outdoor area. I would highly recommend this location.

This is legit the worst Dairy Queen I have been to in 10 states, workers have no clue what they are doing, upper management must be non existent three cars in line and got stuck in line for 22 mins for two blizzards like come on !! Witness them drop chicken tenders on the floor throw in a bag and serve to the next customer!
