Ordered through IJT website. Doordash driver pushed back delivery an hour, stating she was waiting for more orders. I stated to cancel as we didn’t want food sitting forover an hour. They asked for name on order then did not reply to any follow up texts. 30 minutes later, orders shows delivered, but nothing is on the property anywhere. No number for IJT on website. Doordash chat said IJT has to issue refund. Called the Chili’s it operates out of and manager says he can see order, but IJT is owned by Doordash, and they have to issue refund. Was able to get a number for Doordash, spoke to rep who stated they would send refund request to IJT and email me a copy of the reference info immediately. Email I received right after getting off the phone was essentially, “We can’t reach them. Here’s their number. Good luck”. Apparently I have to dispute this with my bank. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE!

First let me say I’m from out town. I ordered from this place not realizing that’s it’s just Chili’s. I was thinking this was a wing joint. That fact is not made clear when you’re ordering online. They do say in the confirmation email where it’s located though, if you bother to read the email. Had I known where I was actually ordering from I wouldn’t have ordered.

Lies! This is just a chilies and the wings are 4/10 at best. Don’t waste your money… go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Fries were good but cannot save this meal. Ranch was also very runny nothing special.

Didn’t receive 11 wings. Unless they counted 6 crumb pieces. If your going to charge for extra ranch please fill them more them half way. They are sauced very lightly. The fries were really good and packing was great. Had higher expectations, but I will try again in the future.

Tried to visit your place @ 10.30. Online ordering was shut down for evening. I called for pick up, can only order online, lady said they were closrf at 10.30… your website said 11. Im pretty disappointed.
