We like all the food we ordered here, the duck really tender inside, crispy outseide, thenoodlea soup ramen, big portions of fried rice on skillet. Tiny buns but soft. And the lady realy nice and she makes sure we were good.

This is an awesome place in our regular rotation. Large and diverse menu with something for everyone. Our favorites are Laksa Malaysian curry, Tonkotsu ramen, pineapple fried rice (it’s enormous!) and the salt and pepper fried chicken (a close equivalent to chicken nuggets for the youngsters). Staff is always pleasant, timely and responsive.

We ordered bang bang chicken, bang bang shrimp, duck, black pepper chicken, & those biscuits, before2:30 pm. The duck was dry & had the smell of burnt, the chicken was so hard that peeling the batter off was impossible, as we attempted, the fork couldn’t pierce the batter, I guess the bang bang sauce is the yellow mayonnaise goop in that container (refer to picture/video). Maybe you’ll have better luck. We will NOT be going back. $91 wasted.

Food is authenticitly Cantonese and cooked to perfection – the food was tender and elegantly seasoned. My family has been frequenting this place often and recently brought me, and I will now be making this a “must go” site. I’m from the north and we typically pride ourselves with having genuine Chinese dishes, but this restaurant rivals many of my favorite places. This restaurant had modern service and atmosphere, but the food had old school charm. This is a must visit!! Also, I don’t have many pictures because I was too busy eating, but the beef chow fun, fried rice, veggies, and eggplant were my favorites!

Love the food. I usually go with some kind of Ramen/soup. Wife loves the bulgogi and we both love the spicy edamame. Kids love the waffle cone desserts.

My favorite wait staff is Sarah, she was soo helpful and on point great the service is fast.. the pictures don’t due it justice. I always get the crispy tofu which is actually really crispy, it comes in a garlic chili sauce that’s amazing.. the food also travels well, still crispy when I got home

Just left Open Rice and will tell you this place was a huge disappointment. A huge let down when I had hyped the place to my girlfriend for the past two weeks based on their menu I’ve seen online.

I’ve been here only a few times. And I must say, I am blown away each time. Not only is the food incredible, the staff is so happy and kind! Always sweet to my little girl and take such good care of customers. Just shows how well the owners must take care of their employees. Goes a long way.
