If you are traveling or live in the area you have to try 561 Ceviche. It will not the disappoint. We were traveling south and decided to stop, then we came back up just to eat there again before we went home. Both times the food was amazing and the service really felt like at home. The owner came out both times to check on the clientele. That’s good service.

I love this place and recommend it to everyone I know. The Lurin Peruvian breakfast is amazing! My waitress Amanda was very attentive. I highly recommend getting their mix platter.

Enjoyed everything about 561 Ceviche. The staff is great, their fruit juices are refreshing, and the food was perfectly flavored. I forget the exact name of the dish I had but Daniel called it “Peruvian Mac n Cheese”, it won’t disappoint. I’ll definitely be returning to try more off their menu.

The perfect place for a bite and to be transported to Peru. Light music sets the mood, while the authentic Peruvian dishes fill the air! The ceviche is fresh and bright, while my favorite dish was the Pan con Chicharron (only available on Sunday). Perfectly crisp pieces of fried pork, with just the right balance of fat. Crispy, juicy and flavorful. Service was great as well! I don’t live close by, but I came back two days in a row for lunch. Yes, it’s worth it.

We have heard about this Peruvian restaurant, for a little bit over a year, but this is our first time here. Outside, it’s a very unassuming place, and the inside is very simple. We started with three appretizers, jalea mixto, shrimp causa, and Leche de tiger. The jalea mixto was exactly how you want this delicious fried seafood dish to be. Fresh, light and crispy, with a sizeable amount of salsa croiolla. The causa was smooth and had the right amount of aji Amarillo, it did need a little bit more of the lime flavor, but overall it was good. All the entrées were made fresh, and tasted how Peruivan food should taste. A bit of citrus, lots of seafood and spicy. There was only one waitress, but service overall was ok, I had to ask twice for Parmesan cheese that never came, but if that’s the biggest offense than I’m ok with that. We also met the owner who was great. We will be back soon.

Self owned place by Daniel located in Royal palm beach. The restaurant appearance is simple and the sitting area can be crowded when the place is booked. The service was prompt and fast. The food is good. I ordered saviche and fried sea food rice. The rice portion was generous. Cost is reasonable.

This place was amazing, we came across this place while grocery shopping. We was tired from a long day at work. The food was amazing, the portions omg huge. The owner was amazing as well. Since we was the last to come in for night we talked and this man loves to cook. ( FROM THE HEART). Also the price is worth it and the have specials. The Shrimp soup I had could feed a family of 4 lol but omg so good. My husband had the fish n shrimp ceviche and that large portion and delicious. We will be coming more often now . They also serve breakfast on Sunday’s. This place was is has the best food and service.

This review is long overdue… My kids and I visited 561Ceviche over the summer. We LOVED the food! The pictures I posted do not do the food justice. I would have had rice with my steak but I can’t due to health issues. I did enjoy the fries.

Holy moly! You guys have to try this little gem I found in royal palm beach. I have been following this restaurant on Instagram and saw they were adding picarones to their menu. When I arrived, chef Danny was making them from scratch! Not from a box. The flavor was something I had never experienced in my life!!! Not even when I went to Peru and ate at an ambulante de la esquina. They had a weekend special of anticuchos with rachi….. Wow!!!! It was an explosion of rich flavors in my mouth. I had never had rachi and it was delicious!!!!

This new Peruvian Restaurant is great! It has delicious original Peruvian dishes. The place is cozy, very clean, superb service, the chef is a wonderful cook and prices are very reasonable. Don’t miss visiting 561 Ceviche in the heart of beautiful Royal Palm Beach, Florida. We will come back again! there is still so much to try.
