The owner is so kind!!! She had a lot of orders when we got there but brought the food out to our car, apologized for the wait, made our food to accommodate when it might be eaten (and explained it to us), and gave us 4 free ice waters!! Fantastic customer service. The food was pretty good; got the tofu pad Thai and the tofu was wonderfully crispy. If you’re not used to Thai food/spice, get the lowest spice you can—they’re not messing around when it comes to spice.

Kate is wonderfully sweet, and the food is delicious!! She uses her family recipes, and cooks it all herself. It is authentic Thai, & as Kate will explain to you, the spice levels are no joke! Thankfully, the “1/2” level of spice is mild enough for my sensitive self, so lovers of all levels of spice will be happy! Kate is clearly passionate about cooking and proud to be a part of the McMinnville community, stating that she works hard to ensure the prices stay accessible. My wife and I ate here, for the first time, the other day. Fantastic service and excellent, fresh food. My wife and I will gladly drive the 25 minutes it takes to get to this food truck! The Thai fried rice with shrimp and Pad Thai with shrimp were delicious! Looking forward to trying other menu items….but it’ll be tough not to order these dishes every time.
