Great service and quick with the food to tables. The chicken pad thai was horrible with an overpowering taste of vinegar. Couldn’t taste the peanuts, chicken or anything besides vinegar, and my wife 100% agreeded. First time in many years I asked for something else. Staff kind and asked what I wanted instead. My replacement spicy drunken noodles were very good and tasty with fresh thai basil.

It was our family’s first time there. We were welcomed with filth the place was dead inside and I went into the lady’s restroom to change my babies diaper. I saw that the bathroom was covered in filth you can easily tell no one was cleaning it to make matters worse there was no soap. Which means the staff couldn’t wash there hands.

This is the only Pei Wei I will go to. It’s very clean. The food is amazing and fast. The staff is what makes this place above the rest. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. You can tell there’s not a lot of turnover because I see the same welcoming faces every time I go in! I appreciate you all and thank you for being such hard workers! Very hard to find these days!

So we literally never eat out because we have a big family. We were hoping for a good experience but it totally sucked. We got orange chicken ,general toas, firecracker chicken, the house special. Drunken noodles..And two kids meals one teriyaki chicken and the house special all the chicken tasted the same but had different levels of spice from pepper flakes. Even the kids meals had the spice flakes. The drunken noodles tasted like spicy seafood when it was chicken. The chicken it was rubbery and tasted like mushrooms. We will never go back. It was a total waste of money it went in the trash.

Soooo let me first off say that I have been to this location multiple times(prior to me posting reviews), but in all honesty haven’t been in a while. Its quality of food has declined by A LOT! Everything that we ordered was flavorless and the chicken almost tasted like chemicals. But what really ruined the whole experience for us was my spicy tuna roll I had in my bento box. As you can see it was a dark brown almost grey color. That is NOT how the color of raw tuna should be. Nor should there be any discrepancies with any raw food. I don’t like to complain but I did this time and asked if they could just swap it for a california roll. The cashier was friendly enough to talk to his manager and gave me the mango roll. That’s why I added the 2nd star because he was very nice and willing to trade it out. Other than that I don’t think I will be going back to this location. Such a shame.

Pei Wei was a pretty good Asian restaurant. It is now missing the mark! I recently ordered a special Fried Rice Chicken and the rice was over fried, no egg, and a very few small pieces of dark meat chicken! Nothing like the photo that came with the advertised special. See photos below. Yuk! Two more strikes and they are out!

We use to order here at least once a month but now it’s very rarely because the quality has gone down so much. The last 3 times we have ordered, the food tastes as if it has been frozen too long. We keep giving it another try and every time we have been disappointed.
