I love black Iced and recently added the raspberry watermelon refresher to it, it was pretty good. Only downfall is the Iced Tea ALWAYS has a weird coffee taste to it, they must brew the tea in the same brewer as the coffee… really ruins the taste.

Have tried 3 different time to order a breakfeast sandwich with sausage 2x on the app and once in person every time it was wrong. One time there was no meat one time it was bacon and one time was bacon and sausage. I checked the order on the app and it clearly stated sausage and in person the person typed the order correctly so it was not on her. I understand making a mistake every now and then but 3 times in a row is being too consistant at being inconsistant.

They really just give you whatever. I can’t count how many times I order something and they just give me something else. Sometimes they tell me because they ran out – most times they don’t tell me at all so I don’t find out until I get home. One time they even gave me one single glazed donut instead of 25 glazed munchkins. It’s just wild to me they can just give you whatever instead of what you paid for without even telling you. Here’s my 25 glazed donuts I ordered today.
