Stay away from this Burger King, terrible customer service. I went through the drive drive and the young lady told me to back up while she placed my order then come back to the window! It didn’t make since at all. Plus this location does not give receipts. They claim the machine is broken. Food was so sloppy that I threw it away. One of the cooks came from the back with no apron, shorts and no hair net. I will never go back there.

I went through drive thru for my mobile order. I was told to pull to the side along with three others but I asked the worker to please make sure I had napkins and ketchup in my bag and she said she would but of course neither was in my bag that was brought out by another female. As I’m backing up, I see the female that I talked to about my mobile order outside at the car next to me talking and laughing for a few minutes and then she ended up in front of the building with her headset off doing her hair as another customer waited for their order to be taken!!

Bad customer service they had me waiting for 15 minutes before asking what I wanted. They saw me standing there but didn’t say anything. When finally She approached and looked at me she asked what do you want I placed my order and paid. Food was cold not worth my money

No customers yet Sonic next door was packed. Fries were hot. Burgers were cold and buns were cold and old. No toilet paper in the restrooms. Tables were all dirty. Maybe a rush before we arrived? The worker who served us was apparently the manager. She tried to give excuses about everything. She was rude cursing and not very clean. They were all watching their phones and finally pulled a roll of toilet paper out 30 minutes later.

Have eaten there many, many times. Had eaten there two weeks prior, and had called ahead to make sure my daughter could bring her certified emotional support dog (a 5 pound mini schnauzer), with no problem. This time, however, after being seated ordering our drinks and appetizers, a male manager came and asked to see the certification for the 4 month old emotional support dog. Gave it to him, then he was quite RUDE and said “emotional support dogs aren’t recognized by the ADA. We explained that the paperwork was in process to have him be a “Service Dog”, which is recognized by the ADA, but he told us we had to leave. Will NEVER go there again, even though he is now a service dog! The place could use a good cleaning too. Blinds and air filters on the ceiling above every table we looked at were FILTHY! Spend your money somewhere else!!!

I was told to pull up and wait on my chicken croissant to be cooked which I ordered 4. I made it home not 1 but all 4 were burnt and one even had a piece of brownish blonde hair cooked on top of the breading. I was too far to return so I attempted to call 6times and received no answer. Never again it’s always something at this place either they’re out of something or mess up something
