In December I took part with my family to an art event in Oahu and we ate Bambino’s pasta. I chose homemade bolognaise gnocchi and my wife 4 cheese pasta. The food was delicious and…abundant!!! I suggest to try these Italian dishes cooked with care by the friendly chef Francesco!

Bambino’s is the BEST. Francesco and the Bambino’s team is amazing and their food is even better. By far the best Italian food in Hawaii It is authentic, tasty and you can tell it was made with love! Where ever bambino’s pop up is, the vibe is right and you’re guaranteed to have a good time while enjoying their pasta. Every one of their dishes are so good, my favorite is their gnocchi but the pesto pasta is also one of my favorites. Can’t go wrong with Bambino’s!

This is the most authentic Italian food on the island in my opinion. And as an Italian, my standards are high. This place is the real deal. You can tell that the owner/his team are passionate about the food, and the flavors are just explosive. If you want a beautiful and satisfying dining experience on the north shore, Bambino’s is where it’s at.

My friends and I came from Italy to Hawaii on a 2 weeks trip holiday and we ended up in this track and we were so excited that we decide to come back some days later. First time we tried the 4 cheese gnocchi and they were bomb. My friends tried the pesto and the amatriciana instead.
