Checked my bank statement a couple of days after I ate at Villa Fresh in Opry Mills Mall. It showed my $17.13 for the pizza, spaghetti and drink I ordered. Then there was a separate charge of $3.39 that I did not authorize. Used to have this happen at Dave & Buster’s too. Somehow they get away with authorizing a tip outside of your bill or the person at the cash register does it without you know it. It’s not much money, but when you combine all the others that I’m sure they do this to, it’s a lot.

Absolutely appalling service. Servers were rude and rushed us to order without us looking at the menu. The food is tasteless and watered down and their ‘specialty’ drink is the most awful concoction I’ve tasted.

Very unimpressed by the service I received here. Employee did not wear gloves when boxing up my food, salad was empty and didn’t see if they had more lettuce, and at checkout the employee did not verbally ask me what drink I wanted and just pointed to the fountain drinks with the cup.

Pizza was ok and cold. I got the pasta salad, which would have been good if the person didn’t dump a gallon of Italian dressing on it. Didn’t even ask me about it. My girl got garlic knots with her pizza and the knots are trash. Marinara sauce is watered down and smells bad. Spend $28 for bad food. Screw this place

Probably the worst service Ive ever had. I almost asked to speak to a mall manager, one worker in particular was the rudest person I have ever encountered in food service. She nearly shouted each time, pasta or salad, cutting me off when I was clearly going to request one. Then she stood and picked her nails over the mac and cheese. At one point she literally flicked off whatever it was she was peeling, I’m assuming nail polish. The pizza slice guys were nice though.

My granddaughter wanted pizza for lunch so I got her the kids meal. The girl behind the register kept playing with her hair & was more worried about gossiping with another girl then taking care of the people in front of her. Had to tell her things twice. Thank goodness my granddaughter liked the pizza.
